Winona, our residential project at 7638 Cambie St, Vancouver, has officially achieved LEED Gold certification under the LEED v4 Homes rating system — scoring 68 points as verified by Green Business Certification Inc. on behalf of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Gold certification places Winona among USGBC's showcase examples of sustainability, reflecting building performance across energy efficiency, water use, materials, indoor air quality, and site design.
